The highlight of the strategy was the corporate social responsibility campaign – Pinktober which united people nationwide created the most successful event of its kind attracting over 5,000 participants and won GTT the award for “Corporate Citizen of the Year 2017”. It also contributed to GTT being awarded “Large Corporation of the Year”.

Million Dollar Smile

The promotion had an appealing message and generated clear excitement over the Christmas holiday. Ten GY$1,000,000.00 winners were randomly selected over a six week period with entries triggered from a wide cross-section customer actions.

At the end of 2016, a new mobile player entered the market, just a few months ahead of regulatory changes that would allow customers to freely take their numbers to any network they choose. Determined to maintain their competitive advantage, we were approached to deliver a solution.

There’s a light of hope and inspiration that is growing in the hearts of girls in Guyana and around the world - it is sparked by Technology, Education and Resilience.We partnered with Evie Gucherran and her YLAI to ignite Guyana with hope that only technology and digital literacy can bring.


Today’s consumer desires fast and easy solutions from telecommunication providers and as GTT continues its journey away from its monopolistic past to position itself as the “always within reach” distribution platform, the Innov8 Expo bridged the gap between where GTT is and where it is going.
